If you and your future hubs are starting out fresh with NOTHING you will be banking on showers and the wedding to get a lot of the stuff that you need for your future home together. Jeremy and I are both coming from living at home with our parents and will be moving out for the first time so basically, we have nothing. I’ve got some coffee mugs and reusable water bottles, but that’s about it.
Wedding dress shopping was one of the most exciting experiences! My mom and I went and my aunt and cousin surprised me at the store. It was just such a fun and surreal day. It’s almost overwhelming how many options and different styles they have. Continue reading
I feel like over summer I have so much extra free time since I am out of school that I become less productive. The structure of school helps me stay on top of my nonschool shiz. I have a lot less time to do things during school and I am better at planning my day because of it.
We are a little less than four months away from the big day and we just changed EVERYTHING!!! All of you other bride-to-be’s are probably freaking out for me when you read that first sentence. Well, don’t fret. I am beyond relieved. We started off wanting a small wedding which then turned into a medium sized wedding (70ish people) and that may not sound crazy, but it just became overwhelming.

I’m the type of person who would rather by a top I can wear year round than by and OTS that will go out of style. When I buy clothes I think about the different ways to wear the item and if I can wear it to work! I think those are some important questions to ask when you’re shopping.
