Now that I have been working full time and study for my licensing program it can be so tough to take a step back and treat myself a little. I think it is so important to take a little time for yourself even in the midst of a crazy season. I put together a few things I like to do that help me de-stress and just pamper myself. One thing I have noticed with going full time and being married that you still need to take care of yourself or you will run yourself down!!
- Run a bath and light a candle
- Diffuse some of your favorite oils
- Make a good cup of coffee and lay in bed
- Start a new show on Netflix or Hulu
- Create something
- Buy a new nail polish and give yourself a manicure/pedicure
- Try yoga
- Buy flowers and set them around your house
- Eat ice cream
- Do a facemask
- Drink coffee/ eat breakfast and sit outside and enjoy the weather
- Listen to a podcast
