12 self-care activities

Now that I have been working full time and study for my licensing program it can be so tough to take a step back and treat myself a little. I think it is so important to take a little time for yourself even in the midst of a crazy season. img_4621I put together a few things I like to do that help me de-stress and just pamper myself. One thing I have noticed with going full time and being married that you still need to take care of yourself or you will run yourself down!!

  • Run a bath and light a candle
  • Diffuse some of your favorite oils
  • Make a good cup of coffee and lay in bed
  • Start a new show on Netflix or Hulu
  • Create something
  • Buy a new nail polish and give yourself a manicure/pedicure
  • Try yoga
  • Buy flowers and set them around your house
  • Eat ice cream
  • Do a facemask
  • Drink coffee/ eat breakfast and sit outside and enjoy the weather
  • Listen to a podcast
