I am so thankful for my mom. As I have grown I have become closer and closer with her. But, especially in the last few months we have blossomed into a new relationship. It’s not all you can or can’t do this, we talk more just about life. The dynamic has changed.

Although, we have always been close I never appreciated it until now. Now I see how right she ALWAYS is! In everything, she gives the BEST advice and knows how to cheer me up when I am down. She says the right thing at the right time.

She consistently encourages me and helps me become a better and stronger woman of God, something she has always done. But, now I can see it better. I see how everything she has ever done for me as only helped me grow.

I am so so thankful for these times I have been able to have; since I graduated and all the millions of times she has picked me up when I am down.

She is my person. I am her person. I am so so glad that I get to go through college with her. She’s more than a best friend, she’s my mom!
